Their website was easy to use and customer support was easy to talk to, but inaccurate information was continually given. The webpage and order email promised shipping within 5-7 days. Later, we were told item was on backorder after we contacted customer support and even the day we were promised the item would get in, it still had not been received. Two and a half weeks after ordering the item, we still did not know when Clearance Club would even receive it, let alone ship it to us.
