I ordered a laptop with Clearance Club, payed for it by credit card. The adress had to be confirmed by American Express, as the billing adress was different than the shipping adress. However, this was done and the item could be shipped. I received a traking number. When the item didn't arrive on time, I checked where it was, and it was already on it's way back to the supplier, with no attempt made to deliver it at my adress. Made a phone call to request it to be send my way, CC said they would take care of that, but might take another few days, as it was on it's way back. Never arrived and when I checked later, it had been at CC for a week, without them contacting me. When I send an email why I hadn't heard anything about my laptop being there and why it hadn't been resend, I simply got an email saying they sent me a refund. I never asked for a refund, just wanted my laptop. Sent them another email 2 days ago, never got a reply and I still don't know what went wrong. I needed this laptop for work and now have to look for another one and have a month delay.
