THE FOLLOWING IS THE REPLY EMAIL I SENT TO www.clearanceclub.com FOR THEY DID NOT HOLD THE STOCK FOR A FIRMED ORDER THROUGH THE WIRE-TRANSFER PROCESS AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUND THE SENDED US$1095 BACK TO ME SINCE THEN.


Customer Service Specialist,

According to the latest account information the sum of US$1095 had been taken from the my mom¡¦s Hong Kong account.

The following codes are the print-out in my mom¡¦s bank book: REMIT OUT XXXXXXXX.

Wire transfer is a time-consuming process. However, it is unbelievable that a retailer did not hold the unit for a firmed order until the completion of wire-transfer process and sold it another party during that period.

From the view of customer service, it is unbelievable that a ¡§Specialist of customer service¡¨ did not mention a single word related to refund process in a reply and acted like a Specialist of sale to ask the payer to buy something else.

In more rational manner, if I amend my order to buy something else & it was more pricy than the money I have sent to you. Was I dare enough to send you additional money by wire transfer again? How could you be sure that the item of the amended order would not be ¡§out of stock¡¨ during the second wire-transfer process??

This is the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR COMPANY¡¦S REPUTATION AND YOUR DIGNITY UNDER THE WORDS OF ¡§Shop with Confidence - ClearanceClub.com provides secure ordering & top-rated customer satisfaction since 1998¡¨, ¡§Customer Service Specialist¡¨ and the so-called positive reviews from different web sites, RETURN THE WIRE-TRANSFERRED US$1095 TO THE HONG KONG¡¦S ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND REPLY THIS MAIL IMMEDIATELY FOR THE INFORMATION REQUIRED OR RELATED PROCEDURE OF REFUNDING.

YOU SHOULD EITHER REFUNG THE US$1095 TO MY HONG KONG'S ACCOUNT THROUGH THE WIRE TRANSFER OR REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.
