Circuit City states that the worst thing you can do is pay too much for an item. Well, it is difficult to do otherwise with them. I found at LEAST 14 stores on the internet that have Infinity Basslink Powered subwoofers for as much as $75.00 lower than Circuit City. I provided proof of this to Circuit City and they refused to match ANY of the prices!! They provided weak excuses such as "well, you probably aren't getting a REAL warranty". In each case the full manufacturer's warranty is included. All items are BRAND NEW and not refurbished. In short, Circuit City's "Price match" is a bogus ploy to get you in the store. They did loose me as a customer for sure. When they refused to deal on the Basslink speaker I walked out of the store. I had fully intended on purchasing a High Definition big screen tv. I did purchase one that same day, but at a different store. I'll never walk into a Circuit City store again due to this unpleasant experience. ALL they want to do is sell you ANY product and force the "extended protection" plan on you!!

Recently bought a camera at Circuit City. The staff was less than knowledgible about their products. Most of the time they were more interested in talking about typical teenage things and ignored customers. Salesperson falsely told me the camera I bought could only take 10 pictures to try to sell me a bigger memory card.
