Circuit City sent the wrong item. This is a big mistake. They should NEVER make such an error. Still, it is how a company recovers from an error that really differentiates an average company from one that stands out. After getting and RMA and returning the wrong item, Circuit City has still not sent the correct item or refunded my money. They say they do not reimburse customers for mistakes they "may have" made. I will NEVER EVER buy from circuitcity.com again. I would STONGLY encourage everyone else to buy elsewhere. http://www.tigerdirect.com/ has FANTASTIC prices and has never messed up any of the MANY purchases I have made there. This is probably a great alternative. Don't buy from circuitcity.com; just DON'T do it.

The website is well organized and easy to use. They should be reputable. But for me, they did not deliver. Well, they delivered, but what they delivered was a completely different product. But to add insult to injury, they made it clear that their policy is that when they mess up, they do NOTHING to correct it.

I think I have been very patient with them. It has been 20 days since I ordered the product. The wrong item they shipped me has been in their possession for over a week. I have never written a negative review of a website before, but circuitcity.com deserves A LOT of bad press for mistreating its customers this way.
