I ordered a Uniden TRU9465-2 cordless home phone system (came w/ 2 handsets hence the -2) and ordered 2 extra handsets.
All were really good deals with rebates of $20 for the base and $5 for 1 handset.

Free shipping was also included BUT i could not escape the sales tax.

I placed the order over the phone with a very polite guy.I was very surprised that their order call center is in the philippines, nothing wrong with that just took me back.

The order took less then 5 business days to get to me and was packaged well and in good shape.Speed and the right product is 2 major concerns and they delivered on both during the holiday season.

On a side note I am very surprised that over on Pricegrabber.com (which must be a sister site for Epinions because alot of the reviews are identical between both) they only gave Circuit City like 2 stars for many reviews.

I had ZERO problems with CC BUT I would like to try the store pickup in the future to get a better idea how they are overall BUT being this was my 1st purchase via internet/phone I am pleased with them.

The only issue (not even really) I have with CC is that many other ONLINE retailers don't charge sales tax. I understand that since they do have a physical presence in the state I need to cough up the tax but, the nice thing about ordering online is that many times there is NO SALES TAX from other online retailers.

BTW I also just checked out some reviews before mine and looks like a good number of people are having problems with CC guess I must of just been lucky with my ordering experience.
