I recently bought a printer here & it didn't include black ink. My $80 printer needed a $20 ink cart to use it properly, which is absolutely ludicrous. The black ink was SHOWN on the box alongside the color ink that was included. My $80 printer cost me over $100 to set up properly or risk having blacks some out looking like a coffee stain & see my color cart get used up within a week.

Circuit City refused to take it back as I'd already installed the color ink. While I was in the store I was approached by 2 other customers who had the same gripe & were also highly annoyed. Yet Circuit City's "Manager" (actually a spotty 18 year old) said that the warning on the box, to say there's no black ink included, was "Quite Clear" according to him.... which was amazing because even he took a while to find it!

What really rubbed salt in the wound was that I couldn't even go elsewhere & buy the ink, only Circuit City had the Lexmark #3 cartridge in stock as it was a new type.

I'll be writing to their customer complaints dept, but I don't know how much good that will do. All I do know is that I will be avoiding this company for quite a while, maybe permanently.
