Circuit City is the worst ever!! I hated them years ago and made the mistake of giving them a second chance. today I tried to purchase a Tv on line. I even was enticed into getting a no interest for three months Circuit City Credit card to pay for this purchase. After repeated tries, the transaction wouldn't go through and when I called customer service, they told me that all of the computers were having problems (but I would like to sell you our Fire Dog service) to try later..Even the credit card provider confirmed that they were experiencing computer related problems due to high volume...So I tired again later..Yeah later when the price on the Tv went up $200.00. So I called back the answer was sorry but too bad they couldn't help me.The had no control over internet orders...and they did acknowledge that there were computer problems and orders couldn't be processed... BUT I even bit on your stinkin' credit card.Oh well, you can still use the credit card..what's $200.00 between friends? As long as it is the customer's $200.00!!..I asked to be connected with a customer service person ..and talked to someone in INDIA who had no clue as to what I was talking about however he was very very polite ..Circuit City does not know how to gain or treat customers. If they have financial troubles, they are definately deserved....and as soon as my brand new Circuit City credit card arrives, I will use it to buy my TV somewhere..anywhere else..maybe Walmart!!!The irony is it is a VISA and I can do that...
