I am extremely dissapointed in the completion of my order. There is no way to rack the order and I called multiple times and never was able to speak to someone. And, instead of calling me back, as requested, they just emailed me. I still have no idea when I can expect my order.

Unbelievable! 2 times ordered and 2 times canceled my order without telling me AND charging my card WITH and e-mail saying "your order was shipped"!!!! After for 3 days ups status said "billing information received" I asked chitchatbaby.com when they are planning to send my stroller - they wrote back that it's gonna be available in a month - do I want to wait or cancel???
I just lost my speech for a second...
Customer service - the worst I've ever encountered. Seems like they don't know English very well. and how to be polite in order to keep their customers.

They were rude and charged me for the product which was out stock, although told me that only after sending me e-mail: Your order was shipped! Why to lie??? And that happened for the second time - after first time I thought, ok, mistakes happen... but now... Never, never again! I wasnt even sure they will return my money, as their customer service doesn't seem to be very proffesional... Don't buy from them - they are almost spam!

I purchased this item 4/21 and have not so much as received an e-mail confirmation from them (now 5/1) although I do have a receipt with order number and payment information. I have attempted to contact by e-mail and have not heard back from them. I have no idea if I will ever get my order. Not even sure what to do at this point.

I was really surprised as to how quickly my order was delivered to me. The stroller was purchased as a present for a friend & it came right on time. I placed the order and received a reply that the staff was out of town at a convention but the order would be placed as soon as they returned. I was glad I was notified of this otherwise I would have been wondering why there was a delay. The item came properly packaged from the manufacturer. My son picked it up yesterday and he was pleased with my choice. I reviewed several internet sites before ordering this item and found that ChitChatBaby had the most reasonable prices and the information on their web site was right on target. There were no hidden surprises. I would suggest that the manufacturer place the directions on how to open the stroller on the outside and not inside where it's not accessible until the darn thing is opened. It took 2 college educated adults to figure out how to open it without breaking it.
