On 6/21 I bought a stroller/car seat system and an extra base for the car. On 6/23 I received a shipping notice for the stroller/car seat system, but not the base. I called them right away to ask them to hold off shipping it, so that it could all be shipped together, but got a voice mail, so I left a message. The stroller/car seat system arrived by itself on 7/1. On 7/2 I tried to call them again, but got a "mailbox full" message, so I filled out the email form on their site and within less than an hour, I got a phone call. They told me that something was wrong with their phone system and also for some unknown reason they didn't send me a shipping notice for the base and that it should arrive that day, which it did (7/2). The person was very nice and apologetic. It took them 2-3 days to ship, which is very good and the shipping carrier took another week or so to deliver, which is also very good.

I got directly to this store with google looking for my specific car seat model. Once I was in their catalog, I found items interesting but not for much use to me since my baby girl is now 3 years old. I did not find many items for toddlers.

Initially I couldn't check out online, though I don't know if that was a computer issue or website issue. I called and left a message so that I could order by phone and was able to complete the order online when I tried again. An associate did call me back later that day and was very polite.

They promptly replied with order tracking information via email and also returned my phone call the same day. I recived my order in two days in great condition. They actually were ahead of the schedule they have online, if I remember.
The only problem I encountered was that they are switching from UPS to FedEx, but they told me in the shipping email that the tracking number was for UPS. Of course it didn't work, but when I emailed them, they apologized and explained the mixup, and provided a link to FedEx, where the tracking number worked.

My item was backordered which I should have been told before ordering it. It took an e-mail to get a delivery date which has come and gone. There is no way to cancel this order on their site but they do give a phone number which i will need to call.

I sent two e-mails due to no response on the first one but I was contacted via telphone after the second one to receive assistance resolving my problem so customer services was good. I was upset because my item was on back order and it did not prompt me about this until after I was billed so obviously I was upset that I needed to wait a month for the product. However, the courteousy employee was able to meet my needs. I did not get the color I wanted but the product looks wonderful and I did not have to wait so overall I am pleased and would buy from ChitChatbaby again.

The product I'd received was not what I'd ordered and was told that the wrong item description was attached to the online photo of the product. Poor follow-up , the worst I've ever experienced. I have made 11 phone calls to date and have not received a refund on my item. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, quick shipment. Stroller was just what I ordered, in perfect condition.
I was slightly hesitant buying from a store that I had not heard before, but I decided to order from ChitChatBaby.com because they were the only ones I found to offer free shipping for only $50 or more (most others were $100+). Also, no sales tax, colors were in stock, and the price of their stroller was the lowest overall ($59.99). Customer service very promptly replied to all my questions and gave friendly, courteous answers. Shipping was UPS ground for free, which means usually like 8-12 business days or something like that, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked the tracking in just 5 business days that my stroller would arrive only 1 week after I purchased it. Also, they immediately send email confirmations on the order as well as the shipment so I could track it and not wonder if my order was being processed or not. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to everyone I know. They are doing everything right to attract and keep satisfied customers! |

The web site stated that the item was in stock. However, after a week of not hearing that the item had shipped I contated ChitChat Baby. The next day I found out that the item was backordered another two weeks. If it was unavailable to ship, I should have been told immediately. I was trying to replace a broken stroller and could not wait three weeks to receive my order. I won't be shopping with ChitChat baby again.

THe process was a wonderful experience. NO shipping no tax and great service can't ask for more than that. I tried to purchase the same item from a Babies r-us registry and it was the most painful process ever, not only do they not carry the item in the store but then want to charge you a shipping charge that was ridiculous.

First - great website...love the design and ease of finding things.
Second - the item was out of stock everywhere, but this website kept an update on when it would be back in stock, which other sites did not.
Third - they offered free shipping
Fourth - the shipping was fast! And the item was in perfect condition.
This is one of the best companies I have used for online purchases and I would use them again and again.
