I recently made a purchase of assorted gadgets and a few knives at Chef's Resource and was very satisfied with the service. Within a few minutes, I received a confirmation via email that the order had been received. The next day I received an email stating that the order had shipped. I might add that the shipping prices and transit times were very prominently displayed, and I received free shipping, since I spent over a hundred dollars. The order arrived in four days of shipping (which matched the transit time published), which was easy to track with the UPS tracking. I order more things online than anyone I know (mostly consumer electronics) and Chef's Resource fulfilled all the expectations I have for a web based store. I wish more sites were this straightforward and painless. I'd have no problem recommending Chef's Resource to any of my friends and family.
