I used to order from Chadwicks because they had decent quality career wear for tall women at reasonable prices. Their tall sizes were not just limited to leg length. They were aware of the fact that our bodies are longer too. But after one backorder too many I decided to pay off my balance and close my account, about 3 or 4 years ago. In 2006 I got a bill for a balance due for a small amount, and figured I must have short paid them, so I sent it in, and never heard from them again. Until earlier this year. I got a bill from them for 21 dollars, so I called. I explained that I hadn't ordered anything in years. The lady I spoke with confirmed it was an error and would have it cleared. Now 3 months later, today, I got a bill for $ 27.00. All the supervisors had the day off today, and the CSR's had the run of the place. The first lady I spoke to didn't even know who her Human Resources direvtor was. And they couldn't help me, so I was given a phone number to call on Monday. I didn't want to wait until Monday, so I called. I got a recording "thank you for calling Merrill Lynch...". So I called the CSR number on my Chadwicks bill again, and was put into a managers voice mail. If I don't get a call Monday morning I will begin legal proceedings against them. God only knows what they've done to my credit.

So would I recommend Chadwicks? Only to my enemies.

PS - this rating system says something about delivering flowers. I've never ordered flowers from them, but I am sure that would be a fiasco too.
