Ordering was easy, and the product was shipped promptly.  Unfortunately, it was the wrong size.  The website says "size small."  What I received was medium.  Their customer service rep said that what they meant was that the product tends to run small, not that I would receive the actual size small.  They refused to exchange the product because it was sale priced.  I even offered to exchange for a less expensive item and not get a refund, but they refused that also.  This company does not want repeat customers and does not stand behind their products.  Order with caution!

The description was off. I wanted weighted ducks that would not retain water. I received squeeky ducks wiht a hole in the bottom that retains water. I would have returned them if I had time but needed them for a fund raiser.

This was my first experience ordering from Century Novelty.com and I am most impressed by how quickly my items arrived... before the date given! This is a great site!  Super quick delivery...I ordered late on a Monday night and the order was in my hands by 1:30PM on Wednesday.  It was neatly packed and the order was correct. The prices were awesome compared to other sites.  My only problem was that they didn't have everything I needed!  I wish they had more of a selection compared to that of the other sites.  BUT if they have what I want, I'm ordering from them!! No Doubt!  They are simply great!!

The ducks pictured were green with Halloween costumes on them. I ordered 5 dozen ducks and only 2 of them are the green color pictured. All others are white which I did not like as well and the coustumes did not show up as well on. Especially the ghost and the mummy which have white costumes. I still plan to give them out for Halloween but I was disappointed. The e-mail reply I recieved back said I could return the items per their return policy and they can not guarantee colors on mass produced items.

I just wanted to note that when I received the large box of goods. The top was completely open as if with a box cutter. I don't know if the post office did it, but the box also look used. I am sorry to say that I was not very impressed...dissappointed actually ...at the condition of my merchandise when I received it... I had ordered 15 Christmas stockings that were crumpled up and shoved into a little box and sent to me like that. They are a "velvet-type" material that may as yet require ironing. They WOULD have fit in the box all stacked on top of each other. :( I would NOT have said anything...but since you asked !
