Could not get all product from one place. Had tp purchase from two. Santa gloves (WHITE) were not in a bag but loose in the bottom of the box = Dirty! Dress was a bit tight but impossible to follow with an exchange = process did not work at all! Need to have exchange paper in with purchase. This was Bad....Both sets were great and will work great. Quality is top of the line. Need more couples sets. Thank you.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

This was the first time I'd shopped at Century Novelty. I found items on their website that I was unable to find elsewhere. My items arrived remarkably fast and were exactly what I needed. Downside? Very easy to order on line. Your site informed me that the flags were out of stock until September 13th. They arrived in a timely manner after that date, indicating that there was no further delay. I didn't like the fact that they only send UPS. I have no problem with UPS just that it costs more and takes longer to recieve at least on small packages. Sending 5 rabbit foot keychains UPS insteda of USPS Priority maybe was assinine.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered Tootsie Roll Pops 140 per pkg. I received 22 Pops per package; before ordering, I phoned and spoke to a customer service person and she recommended the correct order number. I recalled after receiving them that the order was incorrect and was told that I could not return food items. I paid more for 22 per pkg. than the 140 per pkg. cost. I let them know I was very disappointed in their service and sending the incorrect amount. NO, I will never do business there again.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

I was very happy with Century Novelty.com. They were one of the few businesses that had reasonable shipping options for Alaska. They were the cheapest on the shipping to Alaska. It was a pleasant, well-designed site. I had to "go fishing" for what i wanted but i eventually got there and ordered what I wanted. Such "novelty stores" are needed as the big business merchants (WalMart...Target...Zeller's etc.) do not have any of this 'cool' merchandise. We received our product in record time and in great condition. The only problem that we had was with the shipping. We had to pay for the 2-3 day shipping in order to receive our product on time and we received it in one day. I shop for a seniors' club and learned to plan ahead. The delay we experienced was due to the items being out-of-stock and backordered. We ordered early, so received them just in time. Most prices were good. One item was lower priced at another site, but we wanted one invoice so ordered from this vendor. We are pleased.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
