They had a very good selection online. I still would have liked to go to their shop which is just up the road from me. It was more of a hands-on experience to be able to shop in the store. Plus, I might have bought more. Also, I felt obligated to use my credit card which I rarely use. Otherwise, I understand the idea that Century Novelty is trying to expand itself by going online. I wish them luck.

I was disappointed on the quality of the Rubber Ducks sent. Out of 60 Ducks 15 were in good condition, the remaining amount, the Ducks had manufacturing defects. Sunken heads into the body of the duck, outer texture was so thin on some the duck was wrinkled. The quality was very poor.

I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the merchandise and the speed in which I received this product. I will tell others about this site. I think it might be good for teachers who need to buy large groups of items.

I received my order quickly and in good condition. They kept me well informed as to when my order was shipped and when it was expected to be received. I also like the fact that an e-mail was sent stating my order "should have arrived", since I had the order shipped to a different address then where I was I knew to check for it.

The site is well organized, easy to navigate and to complete transaction. However I am a bit disappointed with soem of the products - some of the plastic items came broken or do not work properly. THe price is very cheap but I still expected the noise makers and whistles to work properly. I would buy again only metal noice makers.

Service was good but the service reps were uninformed. One rep called said there was a problem, I returned call and a different service rep said everything was fine and order was shipped. The order was not shipped, I had to contact you guys back after a week to verify order was sent. My order was not sent because of the inital problem, which should have been taken care of after my first call. Then there were a few more communtcation "we don't have the product", "we do have it". It was a little frustrating, but I had ordered from you before and I had no problems before.I would shp w/ you again although if there were problems it would be the last time.
