Overall, ordering from the website was easy, and the shipment came in on time. The only issue that I had was the plastic pirate cups that I ordered, the screen print (which it may have not been screen printed) was already rubbing off. The website was very easy to use. There were was a very good variety of products. The e-mail to confirm the purchase was very polite and friendly. I was hoping for slightly more quality, but not disappointed because they were advertised as "costume" pieces, so I really didn't expect better quality (just hoped for it). I would like to be able to order silver frames instead of gold as well. The shipping was so fast I was shocked!! Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience. They had a problem with the shipping time they quoted on the website and what it said at checkout when you placed your order. I contacting their live online support and the girl was not helpful at all. She told me to have it shipped 3 day rather than standard, which was more expensive. She didn't know anything about the guarantee for shipping on the website. Very disturbing that she couldn't help me. I still had to make a phone call after being online with them for about 30 minutes.  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

I ordered products in June and still have not received my items. now July. I have contacted Century a couple of times and have had good people to speak with. Unfortunately it is ups that lost my items. If I am reimbursed on my credit card for the items I have never received I would shop Century again. I stumbled across the website and found the party supplies I was looking for. When I placed the order, I accidentally entered the wrong zip. The customer service rep corrected my error and followed up immediately. The e-mail response was so friendly and helpful. I told everyone in my office about the great customer service. While the experience was good I was surprized at some of the items I order, they weren't what I expected. Such was the case with some flowers that required two AA batteries. While the description mentioned they were light up roses, they failed to let the reader know that they required batteries. I would not have purchased them otherwise. The only complaint I have is that for some reason when I put something in my shopping cart and came back later to shop, the items were removed from my cart. If ordering from Canada DON'T! After paying $21 on a $47 order, I was asked to pay another $42 by UPS for clearing customs. UPS are known in Canada for this rip off, however I was not aware they were sending my order via UPS. The US Postal Service does not have this problem!!! I refused the order and now I am told via email that another charge of $57 would be due to return the merchandise, therefore no refund will be given and the package has been abandoned, all without any prior explanation!
