They could not replace just the one Disney ring that was broken, so they told me to keep all the others and issued a rebate for the set in a timely manner. However, it cost me more to have the items shipped at the lowest rate than the items themselves cost. I would not have done it, but could not find what I wanted in the store, and wanted these items to put in my grandaughter's new jewelry box.

There customer service is very rude and argumentative.  Watch their item descriptions carefully.  They have disclaimers on certain things that say colors may vary so you may not get the item as pictured.  If you need multiples of exactly the same thing, Good Luck!  Then if you are unhappy with the item selections that they make for you,  it is your responsibility to pay to ship it back to them.  Will never order from this company again!.

I bought 300 train whistles from Century Novelty Online Store and although they looked nice in the picture, they where cheap foreign plastic junk.  Because of poor gluing they break almost immediately.  After being embarrassed at every train birthday party, having them break and disappointing kids and moms, I had to stop using them.  Century Novelty chose to "screen out" my negative post in attempt to deceive potential shoppers that they have complete satisfaction and a 5 star rating on this product. This is a dishonest practice and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Did not have the Pirate Cooler Boat I wanted the most and would not get it in until September - my party is this summer. On-line said it was available June 24 and I placed my order a couple days later and they said they were out. Also, most places offer free shipping especially on an order > $100! I should have received free shipping and I am a repeat customer. For the price I paid for shipping it took quite a while for the order to arrive. If I find the items I want elsewhere and they offer free shipping, I will purchase from them first.

An absolute NIGHTMARE!!!  Their customer service must be a computer or an automatic response from a 3rd world country.  They make no business sense.  Products are not what is shown on photos; they are cheap quality items sold for much more than their worth.  It is deceiving to see they have such a high 4 1/2 stars rating.  They must be rating themselves. There is no exchange or returns and even after following policy they will argue.  All other companies will at least give exchanges or store credit for same items.  WARNING: USE ANOTHER COMPANY OR PAY THE COST.
