This is the worst online shopping experience of my life. I paid extra to have a cellphone overnighted to me. The company notified me a week later that the handset was out of stock. I tried calling their toll free number for 2 days and got the following message "Cellswholesale is currently receiving a high volume of calls please try again later".

 I would not shop here again

This is the 3rd time that I have purchased from Cellswholesale. Every time, I have had a tremendous experience with them. First of all, they are very courteous, their prices are the best on the internet. and their website is top of the line. Their descriptions are in depth, reviews are genuine, and best of all they have multiple payment methods. The first two times I had paid via PayPal because I was weary of divulging my credit card information, but after the professional manner that they conduct business, and their clear terms of conditions, I decided to just pay with credit card.

Everything I could ask for, Cellswholesale offers. They have my business for life!

I bought a LG Prada phone from Cellswholesale.com. I ordered the item over their sales hotline, and I spoke to a courteous agent who walked me through my order.

6 Days later I get my brand new prada iPhone, and it works amazing. Their website was easy to navigate, sales agents are very helpful, and their prices are by far the best.

Cellswholesale is here to stay!

There is conflicting statements on the aboutus/info site of cellswholesale.com 7 day return yet on cnet and other services they say 14 day and the Better business Bureau have no information on this site and on Cnet there is no check mark as them being part of it yet they say they are and have a symbol of the BBS on the page the price may be low but verify.

A great shopping experience. Being a Canadian customer, I was having difficulty getting my order to go through in the final step of the payment. One quick phone call to the live support team, and the problem was all cleared up. I received my phone four days later, and have been extremely happy with my purchase ever since. i ordered two cellphones from this store and two days later my package arrived but my wife had a miscarriage. the baby's heart just stopped beating. i thought the prenatal fatality was caused by my big penis, but turns out it was my grandfather. but i was able to choke my cheating wife with my new phone. thanks cellswholesale!!!

Cellswholesale.com is an excellent online vendor of cellular phones. Their selection on phones is great and have many phones that you can't find elsewhere. The phone I ordered was shipped very quickly and arrived on time. The communication between myself and the cellswholesale.com was great. Emails that were sent were replied asap. The responses were helpful. I would recommend this vendor to anyone looking to buy a cellphone online.

Never bought anything from Cellswholesale.com before, but thought I'd give'em a try since they claim to be from PV and had the lowest price on the LG Prada KE850. On a side note, notice how half the websites for phones whack you with $30 at checkout. These guys actually had free shipping. The phone arrived on time and as described. It came sealed (sticker seal), and everything was brand new. Packaging could have been nicer, but I suppose that with free shipping you can't complain. Can't comment on their customer service because I didn't have to contact them directly, but their auto-responders seem to be on top of things and the president of the company supposedly gives you his direct email address.

I purchased a cell phone from CellsWholesale.com during their free H700 promotional give away. I purchased the phone from them, ordered it to be delivered Overnight, and made payment. I got a reciept 10 seconds later confirming my order, and my order was shipped the same day out of Hong Kong. I was at first worried that the package would not get here in time, but after speaking to someone on livehat, I was assured that they had paid top dollar for international priority delivery, and that the package was guaranteed to arrive on time. Next thing I know, the next day, the package was here in my hands, at about 10 AM, and I am now pleased to be anther happy customer of CellsWholesale. The only niggle that I can point out was that the customer service number had a 5 minute hold time, but on live-chat, I got to a rep within 30 seconds. Overall, great job

It was wonderful!! I had great customer service from this company and also the item was in perfect condition and also handled well with shipping and quick as well. It did come from Hong Kong but was very quick. I still keep in contact with the company and still am happier then ever. I will shop with them again when i do need another phone and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new phone that will catch others attention and turn heads. The vast variety of phones they have are great.
