Late on Saturday evening 12-15-07 I place an order on line. On the 16th, Sunday,I received an email stating that my address verification had mismatched. Still dont know why that was, I did the billing address of my credit card that was my PO Box, although I would of preferred that the phone come directly to my home. So I emailed back a copy of my drivers license that had my PO Box on it and a bill that had my home address on it. Monday morning the 17th, I had not received an email back. I was a little upset. I called your main number all day, but got recordings all day. I had checked your rating out on Cnet shopper.com and you had a good rating. I was a little unsure about spending that much money on the internet. Finally late Monday I was able to get thru to a live person and they assured me the problem had been resolved and the phone would be shipped to my home, not PO Box. Checked the web site Tuesday morning, it was still on hold and had not been shipped. I was concerned. Checked again Tuesday evening, it said it had been shipped and was due for delivery Wednesday morning before 10:30. WOW !!!!!! Fedex showed up Wednesday morning about 9 am on the 19th. I was amazed and very impressed. Needless to say, you now have a customer for life and I will be sure and tell everyone about your wonderful service and no fear to buy from you on line.
