Cellswholesale.com is a trustworthy store. When making an only purchase, there are several things I consider when gauging the credibility of a site. One important factor is that they have a number on their website, preferably toll-free. Secondly, I search rating sites such as epinions for reviews on the merchant. Cellswholesale passed both checks, so I decided to test them out. I purchased a Sony Ericsson w950i on their website, ordered their service called, “Ground Expedited,” and it arrived 3 days later. Oh, btw, I am proud of them for offering me numerous shipping options, unlike their competitors such as plemix and phonesourceusa, which offer only one shipping method, OVERNIGHT, and charge 40 dollars for it…..(No joke, check them out)

Regarding the product, everything was great as well, other than the fact that the charger was not a U.S charger. However, when I called Cellswholesale about it, they actually told me that the phone was an imported phone, and that therefore the charger came with an adaptor. However, I did not want a charger with an adaptor, I wanted a U.S charger. I so then requested that they source me a U.S charger if possible. The rep, “Jude” went to his manager, “Eric,” who immediately came onto the phone, and dispatched another charger for me via FEDEX Ground. It is good businesses like cellswholesale that keeps me shopping online. Thanks a lot, Cellswholesale!
