order several different parts for 2 cells phone, they shipped the wrong charger for one of the phones, i contacted them and they shipped the correct part immediately. have ordered many time from them and very happy with all merchandise so far.

Although I purchased the cables on closeout, they were for an LG enV Touch, a cellphone which was introduced just a few weeks before my order. A] Cell Phone Shop stocked the exact LG manufactured cables, B] I found those cables on Cell Phone Shop by searching for the LG part number; this is a big plus since consumers usually have to search by description and many times in my 10 years of online shopping, descriptions aren't clear while a manufacturer part number is exact, C] Cell Phone Shop processed the order AND delivered complete in under a week to New England area, airmailed from Hong Kong, no less! WELL done!

the charge charger that i recived did not work with the blue tooth that I ordered. I have not had the tine to get this fixed. For the amount that it cost. it does not outway the time to get this corrected.

I placed an order for a cell phone cases for my wife and I. The leather case I ordered is fine, but the "universal" cell phone case for my wife's LG VX5500 phone is way too large. The phone slides all around the case. My wife decided to use it as a sewing kit instaed of a cell phone case.

I inquired if the blue tooth headset would work on a lenovo T61 XP PC. I got a email response saying yes. AFter trying to use it I found that it is not supported on this PC, so I cannot use the headset. Money down the drain.
