the merchandise was junk. I guess you get what you pay for. The holster fit the phone but it would keep coming apart from the clip. the headphone adapter would not keep the male plug inserted. (kept falling out)

The product that I purched did not work properly. I sent it back and requestered another one. I received an E mail telling me that they were out of stock. If they cannot send me another one then I would like my money back, not a different one or a store credit as they said in their E mail.

The items I received were good quality, but they didn't work well. Cell phone shop is a cheap quick fix to cell phone needs, but not the place I would go to buy the imporant and/or critical personal electronics. (ie PDA's, Smartphones, etc.) I just get the sense that some of these items are refurbished or gently used.

I have bought before without problems but his time I got the wrong battery and have not yet done anything to correct the poblem. The battery I ordered showed that it would fit my phone (Motorola Krazer) but it doen not. Other merchandise that I have bought previously have been delivered promptly and have been of acceptable quality with the exception on one car charger that I bought about a year ago.

In the past I have always had some what good service with my orders. This time however it has been over three weeks and still I have not received my order. an original Blackberry Storm One Battery, A Rubber Black Skin my wifes blackberry storm, leather case for her blackberry storm. As of yet I have not received either. To think I was going to order a external battery charger for the extra battery i had purchased. I will be taking my business else where. What is the point I can spend my little $4.95 somewhere else.
