I placed my order almost a month ago and I still have not gotten my things that I ordered and have already paid for. I have e-mailed your company twice on this and they only responded to one telling me I would have to wait. When I made my purchase back in July I was told it would be here with in 7 to 10 Business days. It has now been 15 work days and I still dont have it. I am not happy with this at all. I would rather pay extra and go somewhere else so that I can be assured that I will get what I paid for.

I ordered a bluetooth and when I received it...I didn't work. It looked used and had scratches on it. I e-mailed Cellphone.net but no one ever returned my call.

The merchandise came quickly, but it was the wrong model. I sent an email describing the problem and they were quick to respond. They did ask me to send them a photo of the incorrect merchandise, which I didn't quite understand since I had provided the model # of what I ordered and the model # of what was received. They apologized and said they would have the correct merchandise out to me ASAP and asked that I return the merchandise I already received. That was really no problem except they wanted me to send a copy of the email with the returned merchandise, and since my printer is not working, it took me a while to make other arrangements for the print out; also, I had to pay postage to return the incorrect merchandise, but the cost was minimal. To my surprise, I received the correct bluetooth before even returning the incorrect one. So overall, it wasn't a horrible experience.

To exchange/replace an item takes a while in recieving a RMA - RETURN MERCHANDISE ADDRESS;Then after recieving it,the item being replaced takes a while to recieve. It makes a customer think of a refund instead of exchange/replacement of an item.

The hands free earwrap I ordered did not fit my cell phone, even though it was supposed to fit that make and model. When I returned it, I had to pay for the shipping and handling to send it back, so I ended up paying more for the initial S & H and the return S & H, than the product actually cost. I will not be ordering from this company again.
