good prices, some of the items are of lesser quality than original equipment, but the price is a fraction, so it's still a good deal. Shipping is consistent and packing is top notch. I've used them several times and will continue.

The shopping experience was fine, but the universal clip is poorly designed--every time I sit or bend over the clip is released and the phone falls to the ground. I emailed about this but have had no answer so far. Also, there was no instruction give on or in the box.

I will not recomend to anyone else to shope at www.cellphoneshop.net because after my bad experience I am not anymore interested in any transaction. I ordered a USB Data Cable for Pantech Duo and they send me the wrong cable and no excuses. If a customer paid in full right away for one order the refund money comes back with a big delay.I am disgusted.!

I am disappointed in what I received, as it really does not make my cell phone signal any better. I have only used one of the two I purchased, as since the first one doesn't do anything, I am considering selling the other one to make up my loss.

Upon review of my VISA account statement I found a Cellphoneshop charge of $30.97 (the confirmed cost of a combined order #5190813 with no s&h) and another for $17.98 (which was the cost of cancelled order #5190819 including s&h). I tried several times to email customer support to correct this overcharge but had my email rejected. I would like this overcharge reversed. I had placed two orders (#5190813 & 5190819) within a few minutes and realized if I had placed the orders together I would be eligible for free shipping and handling. I emailed customersupport@cellphoneshop.net with a request to place the two orders together and received a response that order #5190819 was cancelled and it would be combined with #5190813 for a single charge of $30.97. I thought that that was very efficient and appreciated. Not so Good!

the merchandise was junk. I guess you get what you pay for. The holster fit the phone but it would keep coming apart from the clip. the headphone adapter would not keep the male plug inserted. (kept falling out)
