Very prompt order fufillment. Thanks. FYI, the order fufillment department is located outside the USA. As such, "regular mail" shipments can not be tracked. Having said that, this is the second time I ordered from the Cell Phone Shop - both times were regular mail. Neither time did I experience any problems. Matter of fact, delivery was quicker than mail mail that was delivered from other US cities.

Came by regular mail and took longer than it should have. UPS would have benn more acceptable. There is a UPS store close by, but you couldn't find our area. DUH We have no problem with our mail service. You contacted me several times regarding the address which is a real estate business.

Products do not have a detailed enough description. Both products I ordered were not what I expected. The desktop charger only charged the battery when taken out. The cell phone case was poor quality. Neither was worth returning due to the postage cost I would have had to pay.

I was happy with the shopping experience, but not too happy with the cover. The cover broke at the hinge within two weeks of delivery. It doesn't seem to be made for heavy duty wear. Shopping is easy and fast with this company.

i CANNOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS i ORDER AND THE SOURCE OF SHIPMENT IS UNDEFINEDAS "FROM ABROAD" THE POST OFFICE CAN NOT TRACE IT TO SEE WHETHER THE PARCEL WAS REALLT SENT OR NOT. I HAVE DOUBTS OF WHETHER MY LAST PURCHASE WILL ARRIVE OR NOT. THE PREVIOUS ONE DID NOT AND I HAD TO REORDER AGAIN. AND UP TO DATE IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. sUGGESTION ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE MADE TACEBLE AT THE SOURCE AND DURING SHIPMENT AND INFORM ME ON HOW LONG THE SHIPPING PROCESS WILL TAKE?

Had a hard time understanding the guy that I orderd from, but got great emaill from the company,, they were a big help. about the product,, their was no instructions ,, I didnt know that you had to tilt the cable to put it into the phone. thank YOU, I also have a freind who would like to order a cable like the one that I got , for a Nokia 6130, any help on that one,,

After placing my order at cellphoneshop I was concerned because I didn't know the items would be coming from hong kong. I thought they we in the US. I read all the reviews and was concerned BUT there was no need. Everything arrived on time and works great. I gave the bluetooth to my husband for Valentine's Day. Great Price.

the first battery i received was defective. they replaced it quickly and at no charge with a good one. the bluetooth has worked perfectly and was much much cheaper than if i had bought it somewhere else.

The equipment was exactly as described. My only criticism is that there was no tracking info available for the package. Fortunately, it arrived promptly, so I didn't need to track, but I didn't know when it would arrive, and that's a feature that's pretty standard in online purchases these days.
