So far the products have been good. There was a problem with the charger I received for the blue tooth. It was not the right one, but the charger for my cell phone would work, so I are able to charge it. I did not follow up on the error since I had an adequate replacement.

The battery had a limited description and when it arrived I discovered that it was of lower power than the original. I was disappointed, but I should not have been shocked since the price was so low. The battery also seems to be very slightly over-sized...it fits slightly tighter in the battery compartment than the original and the battery cover wedges tighter with this replacement battery in place.

The site offers a 14 day NO Questions return policy, but I had to go thru almost a dozen emails and threaten legal action before I got return mailing instructions. I called one time, and was told I would be sent return instructions. I then received an email telling me NOT TO CALL ANYMORE. They DO NOT want to return money, as I am still waiting for mine, and they insist that you take a store credit or exchange for another product. I will NEVER shop there again and I recommend no one else shop there either.
