I ordered a battery for my cell phone SCP-8700, and I have to say that this was a great deal. Considering the battery cost $45.99 in the store and I only paid including shipping and handling $13.98. I received my battery in one week which they said would take about 7 to 10 business days. They packaged the battery in bubble wrap and was in a box so no damaged would occur during shipping. I am very pleased with my purchase from them, and I will definitely purchase other items from this company if need be. I did shop around but the cell phone shop did beat every ones prices. I have had no problem at all with this battery, it is capable with the one that came originally with phone when I first purchased it. The customer service who helped me with my order were excellent. They were very polite and asked me if there was anything else they could help me with and if there was any trouble with my order they would solve it with mo question asked. If I needed to return my order I would have no problem in reordering a replacement or a new all together.
