I don't like the size of the head holes on the blouses and tee-shirts for the 4X size. The head holes are so large. I guess whoever makes these blouses and tee-shirts thinks that since the blouses and tee-shirts are 4X then the people's heads who will be wearing these blouses and tee-shirts are also quite large and need the extra hole size. We don't! Just because we are fat and big in body does not mean we also have fat and big in head size! I sent the entire purchase, all $271.00, back.

Quality has improved over the years in all Lane Bryant stores... Items still appear somewhat over priced imo.... when compared with smaller sizes of similar quality.

very easy websight except it charged too different prices for two of the exact pants except color about a $10.00 difference and it ordered 2 of the same purses and would not alow me to put only one and did't allow my perks discount on one order but had six order so all in all a great first experience.

I love the blouse. It was a little large, but that's the chance you take when you order online. The bras are very nice and fit perfect. It was great to be able to apply the discount I received in the mail to my online order. I had one that expired yesterday that I should have done the same with because I didn't get a chance to go to the store.

I started in the store to find out my Right Size measurement. I was disappointed at the limited selection in the store itself. If I had not known my Right Size measurement, I would not have known what I was doing on the website.

My order was delayed. I received a post card stating it would be almost a month before it would be shipped. When I called the number on the post card, I was told it seemed to be a problem with my debit card but that should not have been a problem from my point of view. I said if the order could not be shipped that day, I did not want the order (the event I was needing the dressy clothing for was too near). The operator said I would be notified. I assumed the order was not coming. Then it arrived about 10 days later.

I like Catherine's. Sometimes shopping on-line is a challagne because of the various materials that run different sizes. They have to make returning on-line purchases easier.

Order came in a timly manner, I was notified along the way, each step (order processed, order shipped....)Received and had one pair of jeans which did not fit and returned them. I was notifed when Catherines received them. I still haven't heard about my refund, but, I'm sure it's either in the mail or I'll be hearing soon.
