I ordered an item that I wanted to give as a Christmas gift. I received the package on time, but it contained the WRONG item. I called customer service, and was told that my item had been discontinued so they decided to send a HAT instead of a handbag!!!! I don't want a hat. The person for whom I tried to purchase the handbag doesn't wear hats and neither do I. When I asked if the item could be returned to a local store, as was stated on the paperwork that came with the item, I was told NO because the item I had didn't match the receipt! Who's fault was that???? So I had to stand in line for 1/2 hour at my local post office in order to mail the item back for a refund. Now I will have to wait until I get my next credit card bill to find out if I even received the refund! What a horrible experience. I don't think I will order from Catherine's again.

Received 2 evening tops instead of 2 bras and 1 blouse
that was sized wrong. Took to Eugene Catherines to correct
error. The people there took excellent care of the problem
for me. I excuse the picking errors as it was right before
Christmas and I am sure they were very busy.

I completely enjoyed my experience and I would do it again! To me it was much easier than trying to goto the store and shop for anything. Its far easier to shop in the comfort of my home exspecially durring the holiday season, no traffic, or looking for parking places, or rude people in the store...great for me!

I was very pleased with the time it took to receive my order. Generally if you ship through USPS it takes at least a week and most of the time longer. My order was sent promptly and I received it within the same week.

I was very disturbed by my purchase since it was not what I ordered. I returned the swimsuit to the store and was told that they do not refund the shipping and handling charge even if the product was incorrect. I think this is a ripoff and I will never order anything from your store again.

This paticlar order was fine except for one thing. When the order came there was a wide open box cutter stuck to the tape that was on the bottom of the plastic that covered the jacket. Had I not picked up the jacket by the hanger I could have cut myself. I contacted the company and the lady I spoke to was very nice (I am sorry I can't remember her name). She apologized and talked me thru a very upsetting day. My washing machine had broke down and flooded my house and my dogs thought it was a slip and slide so I was already stressed out when the box cutter incident happened. Her kindness helped me calm down some. I know that this was a freak accident but felt I needed to let the company know about it. Something bad could have happened but didn't and I am so grateful for that.

The item price was $7 and something for each bra but once in the basket, the price went up to $8 something. The ad had been changed from 40 to 30 % off which showed up in the basket but the price had not been changed on the pages. I e-mailed and got told the shopping basket price was it. In my book, "Lowest Marked Price" is what the store should charge so they should either get their computer program upgraded or sell it for less. On top of that, it made my shipping price go up by about $3.I was not happy.
I think it would be better to just leave the price and say the discount will be figured in the shopping basket instead of making mistakes like this one.

Catherine's is the best place for me to find tops. The old CST Sport and now the Liz and Me brands are large enough through the arms for me. I have bi-lateral lymphodema from a mastectomy 14 years ago and both my legs and arms are swollen with lymph and I have a very hard time finding tops to fit. I shop at Catherines in Chandler and Mesa and now on line and am very satisfied. Thank you.
