Problem was with searching the site - told by store personnel that items could be purchased on line, but those I wanted I could not find. Seems that products on line are limited - not a great selection.

I received a bluse for a gift and it was too big. I returned it without a receipt, because it was a gift and I received $10.99 for a $25.99 blouse. I called customer service and put in a complaint. This blouse was a gift. I shop at Catherines all the time.

I received the majority of my order within an acceptable time but I paid extra for it, but the problem was one item in particular was not shipped and was not explained as to why it was not shipped. This was a Christmas present for my girlfriend and when ordered it was confirmed in stock. At the time I ordered and when they sent a confirmation of the order. There was never any notification on their part that I would not be receiving the item which was a pair of pajamas. They never notified me it was canceled nor back ordered and I contacted them by email 2x's with no reply and then I called them twice before finding out that this item was sold out and was not going to be shipped to me and this was not told to me in person on the phone but they sent me an email and then when I emailed them back saying this was unacceptable and they didn't even apologize I decided right then and there to report them to the better business bureau and consumer complaints for businesses doing business on the Internet. And I informed them I was doing so and obviously they don't care because they still didn't respond....so as far as I'm concerned they can take there overpriced merchandise and put it where the sun don't shine and I will spread the word far and wide not to do business with this company as they only care about the almighty buck and not about the people who keep them in business. There are too many good reliable companies out there who care about their customers to deal with people like this. I didn't mention but I am a shut in and have to do most of my shopping over the Internet and I don't have time for companies that could care less about customer service. If they were the last company on earth selling larger clothing I would become a nudist. Or sew my own before dealing with them again. So do you understand how I feel about Catherines at this point and feel free to share this with them. And tell them to remove my name from their mailing list because I will continue to bounce it right back to them without ever opening it again.

Catherine website quality is poor and out of date. The accessbility and navigation is the worst I ever visited. Every item I selected either my size or color preference was not available (Isn't their a warehouse and production line behind the scene?) Someone should hired a Professional WEB DESIGNER to redo your website. I should be able to find an item by the item number instead of going through 15 pages.

Have shopped in Catherine's stores wherever I travel. The service has been excellent. That is why I go out of my way to return to one of the stores. The products are in style and top of the line. Would recommend to anyone.

I like shopping online with Catherines when the prices and selection are good. Sometimes the selection is better online than in the store. The only improvement I would suggest to Catherines website is that it would be faste to shop if similar items/ and or color coordinated items were displayed with an item they match, like when you view pants, that the coordinating tops would pop up. I have had no problems with any orders I have placed. Delivery has been excellent. The only problems I have experienced are when I occasionally have problems b/c AOl's browser sometimes messes up my shopping cart. Catherines emailed me to use Netscape instead.

I do shop at the local Catherines store but probably will not shop at Catherines.com again. I had a coupon to receive a bump up in delivery status and should have received my shipment in three days but it took over two weeks to get to me and by then I didn't need the clothes anymore. I will be shipping it all back. I am not happy with their online services.

size on bag did not match the garment but was able to use robe and nightgown anyway i wish it would have been the correct size this happened twice this season from 2 different venders perhaps quality control is not on their toes it really makes a difference especially at christmas since there is only time to return but not to replace initially i thought i would not shop again but the first time was ok so i will check the site again and probably try again

Only because they offer sizes that are difficult to find elsewhere. Finding a telephone number to actually speak to a human being is next to impossible, and their email replies don't answer the question you asked. Also, when they email you of a so-called sale, 95% of the items are no longer available. Very, very disappointed in this merchant.
