The ink jet cartridges I received (which the printer number was not listed on the box) did not snap in as easy as others I have purchased in the past from another co. In trying to contact Castleink, they responded quickly yet the server would not accept my email back to them. Therefore, many emails and finally a phone took place to fix the problem. It was a stressful situation.

WHile I found it easy enought to navigate the website and find the products I needed, it has been weeks without receiving them. I had been on vacation, so expected them to be here when I returned, but they are still not here. I was hoping to contact them or have an email that my order had been shipped, but there was nothing on that either.

I called the toll-free number to inquire just what function the product I was interested in (Universal Chip Resetter) would do. The reply was both informed and courteous and verified what I wanted to know: namely, that I could use the Chip Resetter to override the "remaining ink level" indicator built into the Epson ink cartridge. Their "level indicator" does not truly measure the quantity of ink remaining in the cartridge but instead monitors some parameter that probably depends on the number of times the cartridge has emitted ink in the process of printing. When this parameter reaches a certain value, the printer quits printing and says you are out of ink! I firmly believe there is still a significant amount of ink left in the cartridge when this happens and I intend to use all of it. I can easily tell when I am out of ink by the fact that the print disappears from the paper when the ink is truly exhausted!

My first review of my shopping experience was a rave review. We own a company and had a huge annual meeting in town the next weekend and I had important periphral materials that I had to get done for it. It was Friday and I ran out of printer ink. I was excited to find Inkworld had what I needed and would charge no shipping so I ordered two. No where was I warned that if I needed it within a week (I assumed it was 3-day ground, which is the norm), I should click anywhere to pay more to receive it earlier. Panicked and upset, I called the following Thursday and was told it would come Friday. Well, it didn't. It came Monday -- to a neighbor's house a half of a block away. She called me that evening after she came home that it was in front of her house and I could come get my packages. I've since found a local place that carries my cartridges so I will never shop at Inkworld again.

I was very pleased with my experience. Finding the cartridge that I needed was easy. The checkout process was pretty simple -- just one page. I received the product in two days time. So far, the cartridge has worked great. It was a seamless transition from the old cartridge to the new one.
