I have purchase a few things from this store on line now but was very disappointed with only one product. This was the tiger print scarf. When I received the scarf it was nothing like the one showed on the store site.
The one viewed on the store site had a cream background and distinct tiger markings. The one I received had multiple fern like black markings and was of a brown colour.

 I would shop here again

I have dealt with this company before, have recommended them to others, and will deal again with them in the future. In most cases, shipment is very quick. Only once did I have to wait longer than expected (and didn't get it for the occasion I wanted it). However, for the price, there is nothing better out there.

Although I kept the hat, I originally spoke to customer service when a coupon code I had for free shipping wasn't going through on line. The customer service representative said the problem would be corrected in my confirmation. My email confirmation showed I was still being billed for shipping so I called and spoke to another customer service representative asking for my order to be cancelled. After the order was cancelled, days later I still received the cancelled order. I kept the hat because I was too ;lazy to return it. Maybe that was customer service's intention?

I was disappointed that the color of the hat did not match the color of the scarf even though both were ordered in the camel color. I had to give as separate gifts to different people instead of both to the same person

My only problem is with the delivery service. I believe it was FedEx Home and they are very difficult and for pickup one has to go very far away (around 15 miles)...they require signature and come at odd times or just leave notices If I know a company is using them I do not buy from that merchant

I rated the site as "good" but I have not yet received my credit for returning the item I ordered. Please pay shipping when items are returned. For example, Zappos does this.

It didn't fit, was too small and I sent it back, however I cannot get an exchange of bigger size as the lady told in her email that the bigger size was out of stock, so it would take 2 months to get it and eventually I would get the overcoat coming spring time , actually I purchsed it to get thru this harsh winter. But in their web site, I can still make a new purchase of the bigger size without any problem, it doesn't tell me shortage of the item. Can anybody explain what is going on?

Cashmere robe was of excellent quality, but had to send it back because it was too small. Products made out of the country I have found run smaller than if made in U.S.A. Customer service is excellent.The only drawback with this company is that it takes longer than most to have credit show up on credit card. They are still an excellent company to do business with.It would also be nice if they offered free shipping.
