They had the product I wanted at a good price. I received the item very quickly compared to other orders from other merchants. I am very pleased with Carroll's Sport Cove, and if I need something they sell again I will order from them.

My item came directly from the manufacture, the delivery time was longer than I anticipated. Carroll's Cove did help me with the tracking when I contacted them by e mail. The quality of the product was excellent compared to items I have seen in local stores.

Once I recceived my item it was broken. I believe when you are shipping fragile items they need to be wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage.

For the second time I tried shopping with this company, things on the website that were deemed in stock were not available and were no longer going to be carried. Furthermore, the notice they give to you is not very customer friendly. I would look elsewhere before ever deciding to purchase from this company again.

Do Not Shop Here. I only shopped here one time and will never again. I have always had good online relationships with other companies but this store offers terrible customer service. I ordered drapes that took over 3 weeks to receive. They did not fit so I returned them over 2 months ago and still did not receive my credit back. I contacted them several times with no response. Now after months they want me to find the shipping numbers. I will never do bussiness here again. They just kept my money like it was no big deal. I should not have to jump through hoops I am the customer. Did they forget this????

I am not happy with the sheet sets that I purchased. The pictures on the website were not very clear and I did not get what I expected. I'm still waiting to receive an RMA# from customer service so that I may return the merchandise. I don't appreciate having to pay a restocking charge for two items that I feel weren't clearly represented on the website. I will not make any more purchases from Carroll's Sports, but will take my business elsewhere.
