They were not able to fill my order but the customer service was exceptional. They let me know right away that the item I wanted was not going to be available in time for Christmas, and submitted for my refund without hassle or delay. I would definintely purchase from this company again

I had a very positive experience while shopping at Carroll's Sports Cove. They sold the item I was looking for cheaper than many other stores and I received it right away. The only complaint that I have is that when I arrived home from work the UPS box was sitting outside of my door. I even gave additional instructions when I placed my order to leave the package at the leasing office if nobody was home.

My item was apparently not in stock, but the merchant's website did not indicate this. I had to contact the merchant myself, several days later, to find out why my item still had not shipped. They claimed they contacted me immediately via email to let me know that my item was out of stock and to ask me if I wanted to cancel my order. I understand there might have been a mis-communication via email, yet I confirmed I had not received any communication from the merchant. At that point, I asked to have my order cancelled and I asked for an email confirmation that my order was indeed cancelled. To date my credit card has not been charged, but I also have not received any email confirmation that my order was officially cancelled. (Yes, I confirmed that I had given them my correct email address and if there had by an issue with the original email address I provided, all that the merchant had to do was reply to the existing thread I later initiated to determine the status of my order). Finally, the merchant's website has not been updated with my order status either...

My steering wheel cover was great, got it very very quickly! All other places were out of this or was going to take a very long time to ship. The next time I need items like this I will be buying from Carroll's Sports Cove!

I purchased a Miami Dolphins Sleeping bag and paid using Paypal. The money was removed from my account and then immediately refunded with no explanation as to why it was refunded. I called Carroll's Cove to find out what was going on but was unable to reach a live person. I left a message on voice mail and three days later I received an email saying my item was out of stock. I had to wait five days before Paypal released my funds back to me, plus I never received a phone call from anyone at Carroll's Cove. The item should have been listed as out of stock on the website!!!

I ordered a baby moving sensor. They billed me. After more than a week I saw that there is no status to my delivery. I contancted them through their web site. Got no response. Waited another week. Contacted again and asked for a refund which I got. they told me my order was on a back order. Don't know why they didn't communicate anything.
