Absolutely the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had, not because of any billing or shipping problems but for two reasons:
1. The product I received from them (a Royal typewriter) was of an absolutely terrible quality. It is likely a knock-off. Stamped on the box is "Made in China" and out of the box the typewriter smells like formaldehyde (seriously). In fact, it smells so toxic that I can't keep it in my house (aside from not being able to work with it).

2. The second reason was a little worse in my mind. I can handle the idea that I got scammed, but in addition this company sold my address to some other firms and now I get tons of junk mail at my house. I know they did it because I had meticulously removed my address from all sorts of junk mail lists over the last two years and at the time of ordering my typewriter I only received junk mail on Sunday. Now, I receive junk mail (include the Carol Wright catalog, filled with insultingly crappy products) every day of the week. They failed to notify me that they would be selling my address and in my opinion this is an evil thing to do in online retail.

I hope consumers realize how terrible this company is.
