my experience with them started off not so nice but ordered anyway first of all they had shopping cart problems i would put it in and it would not stay i was on there slow site for 3 hours making my selections and when i checked out it told me my cart was empty so i went to another site and asked if anyone had problems i was told by two customers they had excelent service but they did not use the web site they had a catalog and did it over the phone any way the next day i put my order i made sure i wrote my item nunbers down just i case i had cart problems again which i did two items i had to enter back in once i put in all of my item nunbers i checked out and choose the express option so i could get my order in a few days every thing seemed to be going fine until i was told two of my items was on back order well when you put stuff in your cart it tells you weather its in stock none of my item numbers said it was out of stock. i got my order within a few day minus my back ordered items. my total was for the item that was sent minus the back ordered items when the back ordered items are shipped i would be charged for them then my backed order items according to them was sent the next day BY REGULAR MAIL if wanted it sent by regular i should have been given that option which i was not i did not choose regular shipping because it could 2-3 weeks it might have came before chrismas and it might not customer service told me that they dont ship back orders by express if my original order was for express it should have been express i had nothing to with it not being in stock i wasnt told it was out of stock NOW HERE THE GOOD PART i checked my bank statment later that night and i was charged for the original whole order and the back order on the original ordre it stated i would not be charged for the back order untill it shipped out the paper reciept reflected this but my checking account stated different i was charged the the back order on one reciept and i was also charged for it on the original order as well (i was chargee twice )i probably wont use this company again or their sister/brother sites Dr Leonards is one of them there name as well carol wright was on my shipping lable i have misspelling please bear with me i had trouble navigating around site to make corrections thank you
