The vendor stated that it would ship in 2 to 3 days (I placed the order on Sunday) and it took 10 business days to receive. The first order arrived quickly, it was perfect and they included a free sheet of lables. I was so thrilled that I reordered. My second order took quite a bit longer and seemed to have been lost, so I reordered. Then I received both orders. Receiving updated order status was slightly difficult and required a phone call and email to obtain the information. Not all items were available when attempting to purchase, although the site appears to have them in stock. The shopping cart did not always provide a easily understandable response. For instance one time it responded with something like, "Cannot process the items requested." Another time it actually said the item was out of stock. package sent in one box which weighed 94 pounds and six of 48 jars ordered were broken. Shipping cost pretty extreme since I now discovered that Ball will ship same order for about 13.00. My shipping was nearly one hundred dollars.Since I can not buy 2 qt. jars in any store of which I am aware, I paid it, but next time I will order from Ball directly.
