The shopping experience was ok except that I was eligible for a discount that I did not receive via the website. When I called for help, I was transferred to three or four different customer service representatives with no resolution to the problem. I emailed them proof of my discount, but to no avail. I ended up paying full price even though I did everything asked of me. The product is great, shipping took no time, and ordering was easy, but when it came to getting what I needed with customer service and my discount, it just didn't happen.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I purchased the kids raincoat with the umbrella pattern on it. I have a 3 year old that wears size 4-5s (this raincoat doesn't come bigger than 3-4). Could you please make this raincoat available in those sizes for little children that are taller and bigger than their age indicates. Products were easy to find. Descriptions of the products are excellent (e.g., whether bags zip together, weight, etc.). Price was good. Products came fast. I thought about sending two bags back because they were a little heavier than I wanted. Immediately go through to customer service, who were very helpful. Decided to keep the bags when I could not find anything comparable on the internet for the price.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

i like campmor BUT they seem to have a problem with their packaging for shipment. I have had 3 packages delivered from them at different times this summer that were partially torn open. One was in such bad shape that I made the delivery guy wait until i could make sure that everything had arrived in the box.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
