Unfortunately, this site does not price match. I was looking to purchase the Northface Aconcagua jacket.  Campmor wanted $30 more for the jacket than other online retailers.
I am a frequent online shopper and have purchased from sites like Altrec.com and Backcountry.com.  You will find better pricing, same day shipping and lower shipping rates on one of those sites.  Orders do not ship out the same day from campmor.  So if you order something on a Wednesday and pay for 2nd day shipping (in hopes of having it for the weekend), your order will not arrive until Monday.
The representative I encountered through online chat (Steve) was difficult and mis-informed.  He quoted that Backcountry.com charges $58 for next day shipping (which is not true).  He was uninterested in providing any sort of solutions or customer service.  I will not shop with this retailer again.

I informed the customer service rep I was very disappointed with their service and would not be shopping with them again. This is the response I received:

You know when you make a purchase and feel taken advantage of by the retailer (like around Christmas time when items are marked up) - that's how I feel.  If I wasn't leaving Saturday and needed the jacket I would cancel my order without hesitation.
