Camping Station

Ordered this item on July 9. (the store had said on catalog that it would be available 7/8.) Beyond seeing the original order posted onsite, as of July 9, all that is said on that is that the order is PROCESSING. They have my email address, but no-one has bothered to advise of the status of this order. Luckily, I am able to check into whether or not my credit card has been charged, which it has not. I want to use this tent. I am impatient with waiting with no response. Today, I cannot even get into the Wenzel Store site online. This is QUITE FRUSTRATING.

I just recently purchased a Raised insta-flex Airbed with built in pump @ $119.99 and I had to pay an additional $50..00 dollars to have it shipped from a 3rd Party (Since you folks don?t ship to APO's). I received my Airbed in short time and was very excited to get it, unfortunately I must say I am very disappointed not in your service (Which was prompt) but in the quality of the product I bought. I have only had this bed for about a month and it already has a tear (Not a hole) in the upper left hand corner of the bed. As you know the top of the bed has a felt like surface on it which makes it impossible to patch (Nothing sticks to it) and the tear is in the inlaid design of the mattress. Now I am really stuck between a rock and a hard place because it would cost me an additional 100 dollars to get it shipped (Round trip) to you and then get it back here to Iraq. Now I know you do not make this product but since I got it from you I did not know who else to turn to. You would think that an expensive product like this would be more durable and like I stated earlier I am very disappointed and feel that I have been ripped off of my hard earned money and the fact that now I have to go back to sleeping on this crappy mattress over here. A quick response to this problem would be greatly appreciated, I have 4 friends over here that are very jealous of my airbed and were planning on purchasing one until they saw what happen to mine and they are now a little apprehensive.

The merchant neglected to put the apartment number on the shipping label. Therefore, the package was not delivered on time. I went on vacation to florida for 5 days and bought the beach cart far enough in advance that it would be delivered BEFORE I arrived, so that i can untilize it on vacation. Due to thier neglectfullness the package was delivered the day I left to come home and I never got it. I called the store and they told me they can't do anything about it. Finally, the worker stated he would give me $10 off the price and credit it back to my credit card- My credit card was never credited. So BEWARE before buying from them. I did my part and provided them with an apt # when i ordered the cart and due to thier neglectfullness, not only did i not get the cart before the vacation, I didn't even get it during the vacation AND I never got a refund or credited like the merchant promised. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The tents were mis-priced on the website and the merchant did not honor their mistake or offer concessions (website does not indicate ANY policy regarding pricing errors). The jacket was in stock, but shipping was calculated too high for USPS shipping so I canceled the order entirely. This is the second time attempting an order from this merchant, and the second time I have been disappointed by pricing mistakes, out of stock merchandise (web site still shows item "in stock" months later), and poor (rude) customer service. Customer service reps need to brush up on customer service skills and product knowledge. Of five items ordered, in two separate order attempts, I have only received one item as ordered. The merchant's prices are seemingly superior; however, the company is poorly run/managed, inventory does not match the web-site offerings, and shipping (on the item I have received) was very slow by USPS (when I paid UPS ground shipping prices). I will not recommend this merchant to anyone.

Merchandise advertised as "IN STOCK" on the website was actually not in stock at all. That did not prevent them however from taking my money. I am out $106 right now - they have my money and I have no product. They tell me to wait for some nebulous future date when the product might be available but in the meantime they will just hold on to that $106. What a deal!

The order process was good and I received an item in excellant packaging and proptly thru UPS. However, I received the wrong item. I am in the midst of returning the item back thru UPS and hopefully will recive the item I ordered promptly.

Good experience except there where items i ordered and didn't received with no back order of explanation of why they didn't ship the complete order or if I will ever get the items I ordered. I didn't get the flashlight or the first aide kit.

The price of the product was great and it was easy online ordering. The only issue I had was the shipping price was a bit extreme. I was charged $15 for a package that only cost about $5 to ship. I do a lot of online ordering, and that is the highest shipping I've ever been charged for the package size.

The camp cot description was very useful in my decision on which cots to buy, and the photos too as we didnt like the fold-under legs of some cots, just the crossed legs. And the camp cots arrived quickly and were a big hit.<smile>

The turn around time for this order was better than excellent. I will purchase from you again. Unfortunately, the glass was broken upon arrival destination. This was a gift to my daughter. She called to inform of damage, and your company immediately sent out a replacement. Even with the damage, the turn around time was excellent.
