I have been dealing with Andy since the first days of his operation. In fact, one of my first purchases was for a backpack but I ordered the wrong size. I happen to be in Utah at the time and Andy's brother drove out (yes - drove approximately 2 hours) to drop off the correct size! I was good however the shipping in the item was kind of expensive...and on top of that there were more handling fee's on my end which I was not impressed about. However the tent is what I wanted and I just hope that the next time I purchase something from your store that I will get some kind of break on the shipping or a deal of some kind. Campsaver had very competative prices compared to other online sites. I ordered a lot of items, some of the items I did not get, but campsaver upgraded my water filter for free since it was out of stock. They also sent me two free dehydrated meals and refunded my money were the out of stock items. I will certainly shop at Campsaver again.
