We had a very positive experience with campsaver, unlike some of the other reviews on this site.  I was dubious because of some of the negative feedback but that anxiety proved unfounded.  We found the tent we wanted and at a very decent price.  We were placing an international order to the UK and when I phoned they were very helpful about figuring out the shipping charges (for a 5 lb package about $43).  They stated delivery would be 5-10 business days and it arrived in 7, so shipping time was also accurate.  The tent is wicked, and we can't wait to use it.  The guys in customer service were always helpful when we called.  But be warned: if you live in the UK you have to pay approx. 12% VAT on purchases of more than £100 upon delivery.  This is not the fault of campsaver - it's the annoying british gov't.  It does add to the final price, though, so it's something to keep in mind.

Horrible experience.  Do not shop here.  I wasn't clear on the description of an item (it wasn't clear if it was a single item or a set of 2), so I emailed their customer service department to be sure of what I would receive.  They assured me I would receive a set of 2.  It took them a long time to ship, and when it arrived it was only 1 piece, not the 2 I was promised.  When I called to tell them about it, they offered me 10% off a second one, and said that was the best they could do.  I am sending the first back and will not be shopping here again.

To be perfectly honest, I am still shocked at the level of customer service received in dealing with CampSaver.com. The level of service shown by Tyler is beyond excellent. Questions concerning future purchases were answered about as fast as it took me to write my question and send it. I own my own company here in Myrtle Beach and deal with vendors frequently. I am constantly having to repeat requests just to place orders and then practically have to go the the business I'm purchasing from and pull the product from their shelf or wait for the shipment to arrive so I can receive it from FedEx for them. So, when I'm treated like I have been with you, I really have a hard time believing that it's not just a dream. I only spent $90 with you and I feel like I must be royalty or something. I want a job with your company now, just so I can feel like I'm working with like minded people. Thank you for the best shopping experience I can remember. Cost beat out the competition, the shipping was extremely fast and efficient even for ground traking of 3-5 business days and the product arrived in what appears to be good condition. We have yet to take it out of the box, but it looks nice.

I had ordered the GoLite Xanadu 1-man tent, but received & was invoiced for the 2-man tent. After reconsideration, I decided that I did not want either version of the tent. I phoned CampSaver & requested a Return Authorization. I sent the 2-man tent back & received the credit on my card.
