To set the scene we live in Australia. The order was completed by CampSaver efficiently and we were advised of the progress. The shipping agents tracking system was very good kept us up to date. The only criticism is that the delivery date kept moving forward and backwards and the package sat in two locations for a couple of days. Anyway alls well that ends well as it did

They have amazing sales every so often, best prices on climbing gear without a doubt. You can also find coupon codes, which isn't always easy on gear sites. HOWEVER, you really have to follow up with them on the shipping. Processing time takes way too long, I had to call twice because I needed my order before traveling. When they realized the order hadn't shipped when it was supposed to, they upgraded my shipping method for free. Overall great customer service, I'd definitely order from them again.

I had done a fair amount of online searching to find a specific model of snowshoe and was pleased to get them at Campsaver for a much lower price than I'd paid elsewhere for a previous pair. Also appreciated the 20% discount on a regular priced item (pants) for being a first time buyer. This combined total allowed me to qualify for free shipping to Canada. I would certainly consider shopping with this merchant again in the future.

Campsaver has the best ordering system with promp notifications and great service from their website. Their prices were competetive and selection was good. I will keep them at the top of my list when I'm looking for winter gear!

CampSaver.com has excellent prices and a great selection of gear. I chose the free shipping option for my purchase and received it withing four business days -- several days prior to its projected arrival date, which was nice. The only complaint I have is that CampSaver's order tracking never updated. I kept checking the order status, and it never updated from "Processing," even up to the day I received the item. However, overall, I had a very good experience with Campsaver.com.

The customer service if you can call it that stinks. I asked for a price match, and a exchange, and they said that the could do it in a email in the email they sent me, but when I wrote them back and asked them about refunding me the money I would save with the price match, they write me back and say that the tent is not in stock. I asked them, why did you offer a exchange, after I gave the the make and model of the tent. They said that they were sorry, and they could refund me. After 4 day's I still do not have a refund on my Visa card. Do not trust them, there do not tell the truth. I will be filing a claim with the Federal Trade Commission, and the state Attorney Generals office. Buy some place else, and save you nerves !

I have shopped at CampSaver.com several times and the experience has always been great! The first time, I purchased a backpack and they went beyond. I needed non-standard hipbelt and pack strap sizes and they just got the ones I needed and stuck them in the pack, so I ended up with 2 sets. Never even heard of that before. Excellent prices, also.

Dear Customer Care I've just paid for the Canada Goose Chateau Parka - Men's-Tan-Small (Item #: CAG0006). Would you undervalue the item price, because South Korean customs usually put an additional tax with an item costing more than $150. It is a quite big burden to me. Provided that you inform the one in which, it is a gift for me and undervalued , I can avoid unnecessary fees. Please consider this situation.

Note: Camp Saver hold the promised delivery times not - 10 days until they send it and then an other 9 days for delivery. So my family gets no Christmas presents
 
No proper excuse. The offered a 10% reduction, but if I ordered the 10 days later, I would get 20% - very bad service.
