I ordered 3-PACK LOWRISE BRIEF size 38. I received it and it was too big. I sent it back (and paid $6), and ordered another pack - size 34 - it came too big too! I sent it back (-$6 from my pocket again). I ordered trunk, but later I received a note that you don't have them in stock anymore. But I bought it! so it was a "nice" shopping experience. Also some items go in size S,M... and others 32,34,...??? People from China or India could not match the sizes?!? Will never shop at Calvin Klein Underwear again

I had trouble geeting the briefs in gray. One source indicated "no grey" briefs only white or black. Another source indicated that my size was not available. Finally, after several tries, I got the order completed ALSO--no postal costs were given! That's bad!!!

What a horrible experience!!! They lost my account, then when the merchandise fell apart, they wouldn't honor any replacement. I tried for months to communicate with them, but weeks would go by without response. I finally got a tiny gift certificate, but the web site wouldn't take it. I called, and spoke to a rep, who said she would take the certificate amount off. That didn't happen. I had to call back, and was advised they would take it off. They did waive part of the postage charge. I spoke to a Supervisor who said my whole file wouod be reviewed by corporate, but have heard nothing from them. Not happy!!!

Ordered 3 items. 2 were the incorrect size. Calvin Klein promptly remedied the situation and issued an immediate credit for the incorrect items. They responded promptly to my concerns and were extremely apologetic and accommodating. I would most definitely recommend them and give their customer service a 10 . Excellent.

The product descriptions and pictures could be more robust. The nightgown I ordered ended up being extremely form fitting. This was not apparent through reading the product description or looking at the photos.
