Had a few problems with some of the links on the order forms. In particular, the shipping costs to Canada. When UPS was selected for delivery the order went through as it should.

Ordered Seasoning on-line, from Cajun Market in Louisana, on a Thursday from Seattle, WA. I received my order on the following Monday. Was very pleased with their fast response and by all means would order again from this company.

I placed an order over three weeks ago. I emailed the company 4 days ago---no response! Don't bother calling because they'll tell you shipping will look into it and you'll get a call back shortly--that was 3 days ago! Lousy customer service. Think twice before doing business with this company!!!

They would not return email or phone calls. I contacted them on their 800# and they said they could not do anything about internet orders but would send "shipping" dept. a message. This order took 2 weeks to get here and it is just from the next state. They never sent a confirmation on this order either. I love their merchandise but would be hesitant to order again or recommend them to my friends and family.

Placed an order on 6-01-06 started calling on the 13th and placed 3 phone calls and could never get anyone to talk to except the people that except orders and they could not help me. There was no phone number to call to complain and recieve satisfaction. Very unsatisfied with this web site, and the untimely manner in which I recieved my order, 3 weeks is too long to put something in the box and ship it!

No tracking info was given. All e-mail inquiries about my order were ignored. The items arrived 4 weeks after ordering after I initiated a dispute with my credit card company.

I would only order again because I enjoy the products. My order took 3 weeks to arrive, could not be tracked via the website (my order still showed as "pending", my Email to them went unanswered and my phone call to them was never returned! I shop online a lot and I must say that their customer service was the absolute worst I've ever run into. Sorry.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and it has never left "pending" status. I have sent several emails, and called as well. I have only recieved one reply to an email, where they flat out lied about what happend. They said UPS informed them that the order had been destroyed. If this was the case, why wasnt I even notified that it had shipped? I was never sent a tracking number. I asked for a tracking number so that I could verify with UPS that the package had really been destroyed....of course they can't give me one, because it NEVER SHIPPED. I will NEVER do business with this company again. If they had told me there was some mix-up, etc, and the order will be filled, thats one thing...but to flat out LIE about it, thats another. I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company!

I placed an order with cajunsupermarket on Dec15,2005. My order is still pending even though the money was taken from my account. They will not answer E-mails or return my phone calls what kind of business is that. It is now Jan.3 2006 still no order received.

The order never arrived. I have not received a refund or any sort of response from cajun supermarket. I was forced to order the item elsewhere. In doing so, not only did I receive speedy and satisfying service from the other company, I learned that I had overpaid for both both the item and shipping from cajun supermarket. To top it off, the item never came!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.

After living 37 years in the New Orleans area, we now live in Port Angeles, WA and miss friends and "Louzian Cuisine" something terrible. We were so glad to find you folks on the I'net, at least now we can get products we love... now if we could just import our friends. Your site is easy to use... kinda like a short trip through the old "Chef Schwegman's" store (we miss John and Mr. Peppi). So please, stay online, keep up the good work, and remember to say hello to everyone for us... tell'em we love'em and miss'em somethin' bad.

Great inventory of S. La. foods and seasonings. I'm a native and this is one of the best sources for these that I've found outside of a grocery store in the region. Was able to find Tennessee Sunshine hotsauce at this merchant for my sister who had some while in AR on vacation last year. She was not able to find it in any store near her. It arrived (2 bottles) at her house within a few days of me ordering it online.

The Cajun Supermarket web site was extremely easy to maneuver around in. I found the exact products I was looking for. The ordering process was extremely easy and user friendly. I was able to view details about my shipment (when it shipped, eta, etc.). My products arrived without a hitch! I will definitely use Cajun Supermarket in the future! Thanks!

I placed my order through the merchant's website. The products I wanted were available. I completed the ordering process during which time the merchant's program calculates the weight and offers the customer various shipment methods. The weight of my order was calculated 8.4 pounds. One could choose FEDEX, UPS or USPS for shipping (the fees were shown for each according to the weight of the shipment). I chose UPS ground. My order was confirmed and that it was to be shipped by UPS. Then I got an e-mail followup that said the order was shipping FEDEX. I sent an e-mail and asked why because it had been confirmed as being sent by UPS. I was told that when I ordered the program was being changed because the shipping rates were being changed because the company no longer got daily delivery/pickups and it would now cost more, but that the company makes no profit on the shipping. Anyway, I would not be charged extra for shipping. I also noted on the followup e-mail that the shipping weight of my order had changed to just 6 pounds from 8.4 pounds. I also asked about that but received NO reply. When my order was delivered the FEDEX shipping label indeed indicated 6 pounds for the shipping weight and that is the weight the merchant paid the shipping charges on. This indicates I was overcharged for three pounds of shipping. Therefore Cajun Supermarket charged me more than it should have for the shipping (It has the shipping rates posted by weight by pound for the various methods). While this difference is probably less than a dollar, if Cajun Supermarket does this to some or all of its customers, it can provide a windfall for the business. Is it an oversight in its software program to calculate the items ordered and then calculate the items total weight or is it built in to pad the company's profit margin? Anyway, Cajun Supermarket has not answered my e-mails concerning this matter. Perhaps that speaks for itself. In any case I WILL NOT order from this merchant again NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS MERCHANT because of this shipping inconsistency and its failure to discuss/clear up this discrepancy.
