One word.... DREADFULL!!!!!
I wished I looked at this site before ordering. I placed a HUGE order on 4/3, got an e-mail stating the order went thru, and it's been Shipment Pending since!!!!!!! Like soo many others, tried the support.cajunsupermarket.com, which won't let you make a ticket. It tells you to select a department, but there's nothing to select or even to type in your selection. They only have FAQ on generic customer inquires that has nothing to do with "What happens if I don't get my stuff and never hear from you again." Tried calling the 866-55-CAJUN which had a recording stating that it's the cajun supermarket to please have the product numbers and your credit card handy, got a live operator who told me that she was trying to get me to the right department. She never put me on hold so I heard part of her conversation "Got another one of THOSE calls, who do I send her to?". Then she told me to call back, when I did, I got the same recording. When I switched to a live person, they told me that this is the hotline for Purina?!? I tried replying to the e-mail I received only to get a generated response to go to the support web-site.....Like some others, this company has yet to charge my account....If I get it or not oh well....But I will NEVER order from them AGAIN!!!! What I ordered wasn't out of the ordinary stuff....We're talking coffee, Mayo, chips...regular stuff. So there shouldn't be anything on back order....It just makes me want to shut down their site.
