Terrible. They are deceitful / shady. don't deal with them.

I ordered 3 items from Cafe Press. 1 of which needed to be printed. They took over 2 weeks to ship the items and I was in contact with them several times prior to the shipment arriving.
When the shipment arrived, it had "We're sorry" notice in there and the hooded sweatshirt was not in there. It said at least another TWO WEEKS. They could have told me this from the get go (there's no way they didn't know the item was not available to ship) and I would have cancelled the order from the get go.
I got on the phone with a customer service agent and she kept interrupting me. She also couldn't grasp that I was going to have to pay to ship this order.. that is was going to cost me.. even though they never told me that they weren't shipping the entire order.
In fact, to the contrary, they said the entire order shipped. 
The experience gets worse. She then says they have the sweatshirts. She says she is not sure when they could ship. I say if you can overnite it to me at no extra cost, I'll keep the order and she still doesn't get it.
Don't do CafePress.com unless you want to get screwed.
