In the information given at the time of purchase I was led to believe that the product would be coming from the east coast. Therefor I accepted the 5-7 business day time period for delivery. Then I get the product and find it was sent from California and there was tax on top of the cost and shipping. On top of that it was not shipped when I was told that it was sent, but 5 days later. I am totally dissappointed in the performance of this company and will not buy from them again.

The sie has been improved to more clearly indicate where the cables are comming from. That improves satisfaction because I don't get surprised by long delivery times from Georgia when I could have ordered a faster delivery method. Ground transport works fine for items shipped from California.

I used their site to order two 3 foot HDMI cables and two 6 foot cables to run from my Direct TV boxes and my HD TV's. Unfortunately, the 3 foot cables the site showed me first were wrong. They said they were 'mini'. I thought that meant short. Anyway, when they arrived I saw they were wrong. I called for a RMA number which I received but was told I would have to pay return shipping and new shipping for the right cables. When I objected to the shipping, I was told it was not fair to expect them to cover shipping and it was my fault for ordering wrong. I say their site showed me the incorrect cable and I'm no techy.
