Invoice accompanied product did not match what was ordered. Product ordered was exactly as expected. Contacted supplier who sent a corrected invoice. Unknown to me at the time of purchase it turned out that an unexpected brokerage fee significantly in excess of the value of the order was charged on the shipment. I was unprepared to that extra cost

The cable i received was no good. i called and talked to Justin. I explained my problem and aggravation. He sent me a new cable , overnighted it. it worked perfectly and saved the day. he sent the cable no charge and i sent the failed cable back in the box provided with return shipping already on it and paid for. The item I purchased was back-ordered, and I received a phone call alerting me of the delay. I received the product less than a week later. The phone call was made after I had expected to receive the product, however. I am satisfied with the service.

Experience was generally good, cables were cheap and delivered basically on time. Only problem was that the box in which the cables were shipped was in extremely poor condition. Although this did not affect the quality of the cables, it was slightly distressing to receive such a beat-up package for my order. Also, catalog enclosed was too big for the box, and was thus mangled on delivery.

I'm pretty surprised to read the reviews here of someone who didn't get their order in a timely manner. I've ordered about 10 times from these folks, and the order is always packed and shipped as if they were sitting waiting for my order.

Even though I order ground, the stuff shows up in a day or two, and it's always perfect.

I can't imagine a place that has more choice and lower prices.

The cables have always worked well, small detail.

Their website COULD use some modernization, but it certainly wouldn't deter me from ordering from them.

I agree that they are one of the cheapest (and fastest) online places to buy cables and accessories. However there is serious room for improvement in both quality control and order accuracy . I ordered a 3.5mm stereo coupler for the extremely low price of $1.62 (which required me to order an extra one and a bunch of velcro cable ties to get my order up to the $10 minimum). The order arrived extremely promptly (I believe the next day), but what I received were RCA couplers - clearly not what I ordered, and clearly not what was depicted in the fantastic close-up picture on the website. Called, explained the problem, and they shipped replacements that I received promptly the following day, no charge. These LOOKED just like the picture of what I wanted- but alas, when I tried to connect my 3.5mm stereo plug it didn't fit! Well, it sort of fit, but awkwardly; not all the way in and at an odd angle. Not feeling it is worth it to keep trying with these folks- I'm off to Radio Shack where it may be twice the price, but half the aggravation...

I have ordered from Cablewholesale.com twice now and have been disappointed both times. The first order took over a month for me to receive. Thinking it may have been an accident, and knowing that I couldn't beat their prices anywhere else, I decided to give them another try. The second order, I ordered 2 WEEKS AGO and it still hasn't arrived. Don't get me wrong, Cablewholesale.com has a decent product and great prices, but when you order something you don't want to wait any longer than a week to receive it. The way they conduct business is unsatisfactory. They have lost my business.

Honestly, I'm amazed these guys are in business, they are soo much cheaper than the competition. I basically purchased all the cables I needed for my new home theatre setup, for the price of one of the cables at a competitor. Granted, it is hard enough to find a 50' Toslink cable, but for less than $30.. that's just amazing, most places would have charged $70-80, that is if they even carried it. I spend about $95 in total, and got a 2x6' component video cables, 2x6' 75 ohm RCA cables, 1x50' S-Video cable, 1x50' Toslink, and a Component video to HD15 adapter, all for only $95 including shipping.

Their prices were excellent. Granted, I got the cheapest stuff, and the quality reflected that, but everything works and it works well. I don't think I'll get the cheapest S-video or Toslink cables again, but I'll be purchasing cables from these guys again, and again, and again...

Summary, I've finally finished my home theater system, and I am happy.
