It was my husbands birthday and I was looking for fishing pole carriers. I knew what I wanted, a hard plastic carrier that would keep the fishing poles safe even when checking them in on an airplane. This wasn't an easy to find item.

Cabela's had exactly what I was looking for and more. I chose two carriers and went on to shop for other items my husband might like. I spent a great deal of time looking at reels. I'm sure if you have knowlege about these things this site would be easy to navigate. However, I have no idea what a good reel is, so I was at a disadvantage. I did find what I thought would be a good reel and added it to my bag.

Then I went on to the jigs. What a selection! This was a fishing persons dream. After spending way too much money I checked out.

Shipping was a bit more then I wanted but I figured the pole carriers were big.

It took two weeks for my order. This was OK because I ordered in plenty of time. What wasn't OK was I recieved a double order on the carriers, and the jigs I ordered were discontued. I didn't learn this until I didn't recieve them and had to call. I also had trouble returning the double order of pole carriers.

The site itself was easy enough to navigate. However since I didn't know much about fishing gear I didn't know what I was looking at. I was hoping there would be more information on each item.

The shipping was par with other sites. Overall the prices were fair and the selection was excellent.
